This is a novel of corruption, madness and love set in the violent world of Los Angeles. Detective Jack Gold is on the trail of a racist serial murderer who is terrorizing the city. He is, himself, dogged by troubles including an ex-wife who hates him and the death of his drug-addicted lover. The author lives in Los Angeles and this is his first novel.
